ANALISIS PENDAPATAN PETANI PENJUAL DAUN UBI JALAR (Ipomoea batatas L.) (STUDI KASUS PETANI PENJUAL DAUN UBI JALAR UNTUK PAKAN TERNAK DI PASAR SORE SIRIWINI KABUPATEN NABIRE)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much farmers' income and the feasibility of sweet potato leaf selling farmers in Siriwini Afternoon Market, Nabire District, Nabire Regency.This research was conducted from Mart to Mei 2023 located at Siriwini Afternoon Market, Nabire District, Nabire Regency with the object of research being sweet potato leaf selling farmers.

This type of research is descriptive of quants. Data that is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from respondents, either through a questionnaire or interview. While secondary data is data about the general picture of the Siriwini afternoon market obtained from various parties. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method.

The results of this study show that the average income of Sweet Potato Leaf Selling Farmers is Rp.1,694,000, which is obtained from the average sales of sweet potato leaves per day for small bonds with an average of 7 bonds and an average receipt of Rp.73,333. Medium bonds average 4 bonds with an average receipt of Rp.73,333 / day. Large bonds average 3 bonds with an average receipt of Rp.92,000. This shows that consumers prefer large bonds over small and medium bonds. From the analysis of the business of sweet potato leaf selling farmers in Siriwini Afternoon Market, Nabire District, an average revenue of Rp.2,061,333/month and an average expenditure of Rp.367,333 was obtained, resulting in an R/C ratio of 5.6.
